Automated Sterilization of Work Spaces with disinfection top modules for mobile industrial robots    Organizations have started to adapt to a new reality with restrictions in commercial activities and social distancing. In order to protect employees and businesses, Mobile Industrial Robots is providing flexible solutions, especially when it comes to disinfection processes.  Their automated sterilization solution for work spaces is useful across a variety of sectors. Amid this current situation, MiR designed this UVC top module for plug and play on the MiR100/ MiR 200 Robot Base for quick deployment.   The UV-C Lamps used are from American Ultraviolet™ which have more than 60,000 UV-C fixtures globally since 1960 and EPA Certified. It covers 360° with 8 UV-C 254nm lamps to deliver doses to eradicate pathogens on the surfaces and air. Providing 360° disinfection of floor and surfaces eradicating with 99.9% confidence level of many pathogens including coronavirus.   Benefits of Using UV-C Disinfection Robots Able to disinfect large areas at a short amount of time without the worry of inconsistency To be fully autonomous to do scheduled disinfection without exposing an operator to do chemical disinfection Easy and fast deployment - Meet the safety standards and certification Download UV-C DIsinfection Robot Brochure Here

Cutting-edge performance for the toughest codes
Manufacturing environments in automotive, medical device, electronics, aerospace, and product security industries require rugged, high performing, and easy to use barcode reading technology to ensure top component traceability and productivity. DataMan 8700 series handheld barcode readers decode the toughest direct part mark (DPM) and label-based codes while withstanding harsh oils, dirt, and water. A built-in display screen enables quick setup and operator feedback, and the readers support a broad range of industrial protocols and communications to connect and operate efficiently in any facility.

Robust oil and water resistant housing
In the past, oils and fluids surrounding an application site have quickly damaged barcode scanners, but the DataMan 8700 barcode reader is built to last in the harshest environments. It has IP67-rated housing and meets the ISO 16750-5 oil specification for oil resistance. It is submergible in one meter of water without causing damage and withstands multiple drops from 2.5 meters onto concrete.
    Premium read performance in milliseconds
The DataMan 8700DX model is equipped with the latest patented decoding algorithms, HDR technology, high speed liquid lens, and a multi-core processor to read codes in under 150 milliseconds. Integrated diffuse, polarized, and direct lighting enables superior image formation to read dot peen, laser-etched, and label-based codes on challenging (shiny, cylindrical, dark) surfaces without any hot spots.
OLED display screen makes setup easy
DataMan 8700 series provides a first-of-its-kind OLED display screen to make setup easy and to give operators quick and intuitive feedback without connecting to a PC.
Setup the reader using the configurator buttons below the screen Name the reader to know which station it belongs to View the wireless signal strength to ensure the reader is within range Monitor battery life so the reader doesn’t power down mid-shift Review code data to ensure a successful read Supports more communication options
Integrated industrial protocols enable DataMan 8700 barcode readers to easily connect to PLCs and factory networks. DataMan 8700 supports more communication options than ever before including Wi-Fi 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 4.2, and a corded option. It allows for a direct connection to computers, tablets, and phones.

Innovative system brings the power of 3D inspections to In-Sight
The In-Sight 3D-L4000 is a breakthrough in three-dimensional (3D) vision technology. This unique vision system combines 3D laser displacement technology with a smart camera allowing factory engineers to quickly, accurately, and cost effectively solve a wide variety of inspections.
The patented speckle-free blue laser optics, an industry first, acquires high quality 3D images and on-board high-performance processing powers a comprehensive set of true 3D vision tools, without the need for external processing. 3D vision tools are set up as easily as 2D vision tools thanks to the familiar and robust In-Sight spreadsheet environment.
Better image formation in real-world settings
The 3D-L4000 series’ patented, speckle-free blue laser optical system enables the vision system to capture higher quality images than traditional laser displacement sensors.

A robust collection of true 3D vision tools
The In-Sight 3D-L4000 allows users to place vision tools directly on a true 3D image of the part, unlike typical 3D systems which transform its 3D images into a representational 2D height map for basic tool processing. True 3D inspections increase the accuracy of results and expands the types of inspections that can be performed. Better yet, because inspections are in 3D, users can immediately experience how the vision tools operate on the actual part or component.
The 3D-L4000 includes all the traditional 3D measurement tools users expect such as plane and height finding. However, it also comes with a full suite of 3D vision tools, designed from the ground up to leverage inspections in a true 3D space. Further, these vision tools were created with the simplicity of 2D in mind making them more accessible to the user.
